Reclaim the Flame - Women’s Group
There are moments in a woman’s life when the old ways of coping no longer work. When being capable, accommodating, or composed starts to feel like a quiet betrayal of something essential inside. Reclaiming the Flame is an invitation to grab those moments and throw them into the fires of truth to burn away all that no longer serves you.
This group is designed for women who sense that something true has been buried beneath roles, expectations, and survival strategies—and who are ready to listen inward again. Through reflection, discussion, embodied practices, and shared witnessing, we explore what it means to live from wholeness rather than performance. This is not about fixing yourself. It is about remembering, reclaiming, and learning how to live in relationship with your inner fire.
Week 1: Hearing the Call
We begin by slowing down and listening. This session focuses on the quiet inner signal that something more is asking for attention. We explore the difference between adaptation and authenticity, and begin to name the hunger that has brought each woman here.
Week 2: The Rules We Inherited
Many women move through the world guided by invisible rules about goodness, likability, restraint, and self-sacrifice. This week examines how these expectations shape our behavior, bodies, and inner lives—and what it costs to live by them unquestioned.
Week 3: Love Without Self-Abandonment
Here we explore love as a practice rather than a performance. We look at how love has been modeled, where it has required self-erasure, and how to cultivate forms of love—toward self and others—that are grounded in honesty, presence, and mutuality.
Week 4: Meeting the Shadow
This session invites women to turn toward the parts of themselves that have been judged, suppressed, or disowned. Rather than seeing shadow as something to overcome, we approach it as a source of information, protection, and vitality.
Week 5: The Body as Wisdom
Many women have learned to live from the neck up. This week centers embodiment—listening to the body as a source of truth, memory, and guidance. We explore the ways control, perfectionism, and disconnection take shape physically, and how to begin restoring trust in the body.
Week 6: Rewriting the Story
We step back to look at the larger patterns shaping women’s lives. This session introduces a different map for growth—one that honors cycles, descent, and transformation rather than linear achievement. Participants reflect on where they are in their own unfolding journey.
Week 7: Claiming Inner Authority
This week focuses on sovereignty: the capacity to trust oneself, set boundaries, and act from internal authority rather than external approval. We explore power that is grounded, relational, and embodied—not hardened or defensive.
Week 8: Integration and Return
In our final session, we gather what has been learned and felt over the eight weeks. We reflect on what has shifted, what is still unfolding, and how to carry this work into daily life with care and intention. The emphasis is on integration, not completion.
